 I've had this plastic box from Victrix hanging about for ages so I finally decided to do something about it.

Three units of billmen from the same plastic Perry box (the Archers box) but with the bill arms. Blue and purple/scarlet livery.

28mm SYW French Infantry: IR14 Poitou

Thus the need to paint it again for my own army. The flags are from Dave Morfitt and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The shading looks a little severe on paper but when applied to the figures they look great. Plus they are free. We just need to encourage him to do all the flags for the French army.
